Our manufacturing unit has all the facilities, tools and gadgets that are required to manufacture yarns and threads. For optimum quality production, these machines are operated by skilled laborers and are well lubricated from time to time. We have an installed capacity of 100, 000 cones per month that help us to manufacture a comprehensive range of products. Our factory covers an area of 7000 sq feet.

Warehousing and Packaging
Warehousing is one of the strong assets of our organization. We have set up warehouses that are well organized and segregated into various sections for storing products of each category separately. These are managed by skilled supervisors who hold the responsibility to prevent the warehouse from dust, moisture and rodents. They also keep a track record of the products stored, and delivered. Other than warehousing, we also lay emphasis on the packaging of our products. We use optimum quality polythene bags and corrugated boxes as the packaging material for our products. These material ensure the safety of the product during transportation. Conventionally, the threads are packed in rolls, pouches and boxes before warehousing. We also offer customized packaging solutions to meet the requirement of our esteemed clients.

Our infrastructural unit is located at a prime location from we easily process a flawless range of high quality industrial threads with ease. All the modern facilities are available at our base whether modern machinery, tools and equipments. Also, to make the entire production process easy & smooth we have parted our base into different categories so that all the execution of production process is done appropriately. Our infrastructural base is parted into R&D unit, design & innovation center, and spacious warehousing unit.
